Great way when tired to get a car from one capital city to another although waiting to load sometime. Waiting to load cars time could be quicker but once loaded all went well and delivery was on time.I was a receiver and a sender twice recently. Rated 5 stars!

Excellent, reliable and professional interstate car transport! I have used SMB now three times in the last 6 months to transport cars form Melbourne to Sydney. On all occasions they have been reliable and professional. Once you ask them to take on the job, you cam relax and sit back to await their phone call saying the car was ready for pickup.. That's just want I want. Staff are also good and helpful and return quotes and queries quickly. Highly recommend and will continue to use as first choice for my interstate car transport.

Brilliant customer service in vehicle transport! I had my car picked up in Adelaide and delivered in Sydney to the SMB Depot. It was on time and on budget. They even arranged to deliver the car from their depot to my home with just one phone call and at late notice they still got it to me the following day. 5 stars!

After reading many of the reviews I was unsure about using SMB. Although most of the complaints were about late delivery and some about damages. And as my only other option was to pay double price with another company but still risking similar issues or do the 15hours drive myself, I decided to give SMB a go. I had my car picked up by staff from my Brisbane address and I collected it from the Seven Hills depot in Sydney – which was very easy to find and walking distance from Seven Hills train station. The whole venture went smoothly and I even got my car back several days earlier than expected! My only issue was a very small scratch at the back of the car, but it was too small to be worried about. Staff were friendly and dealt very well with my indecisiveness about where to pick up the car. My only suggestion is for SMB to develop an app to track your vehicle, which would be helpful for resolving communication issues and customer anxiety. Also I recommend other interested customers to have realistic expectations about using this kind of service. I am thankful that this service exists at all! I was not worried about delay in delivery time as I have done the drive myself and it is awful, so I’m thankful that SMB saved me the anguish of doing the drive myself. Also I figured any severe damages would be fixed by SMB. I would use SMB again without hesitation for a great outcome at a great price. Also there is a cute puppy at the depot. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thanks SMB :) you didn't let me down.

The driver (Steve) of the truck transporting my car went out of his way to deliver it as close to Byron Bay as he could. After a confirmed call that he left the depot in Seven Hills, it was a relief that all went so smoothly after seeing some of the reviews on here. I would recommend SMB as a good service for car transportation.
